Justlex is an independent Luxembourg law firm appointed as liquidator of FINEX SICAVSIF. The firm provides legal services from its Luxembourg office with a commitment to client care and timely, effective advice.
Justlex has been mandated by the shareholders of FINEX SICAVSIF S.A. to conduct the orderly liquidation of the fund and all its compartments. In this capacity, Justlex is responsible for:
- Overseeing the complete wind-down process of each compartment in accordance with Luxembourg law
- Asset recovery and realisation for the benefit of shareholders
- Preparation and communication of all financial statements and liquidation budgets
- Representing the fund before Luxembourg courts and public authorities
- Distribution of proceeds to shareholders upon completion of the liquidation
- Maintaining full transparency through this secure document portal

Expert lawyers
